Instructions for Presenters and Authors
Papers and presentations for conference
Papers will be accepted for the program on the basis of a one page structured abstract. Abstracts need to follow the guidelines for either the Research or Best Practice & Topical Issues stream (see below).
The conference is using the EasyChair online conference management system for abstract and full papers submission, as well as reviewer feedback to authors (detailed instructions for using EasyChair can be found here).
EasyChair Submission Site: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nzace2017
All presenters are encouraged to submit a full paper to be refereed and published in the conference proceedings. Papers should be between 1400 and 1800 words (excluding references). Authors may be encouraged to produce a more substantial paper for publication in a journal such as the Asia- Pacific Journal of Cooperative Education (APJCE).
Presentations will be 15 minutes in duration, followed by 10 minutes for questions/discussion. Presenters are asked to submit a copy of the slides for their presentation before the conference begins so that it can be uploaded in the appropriate lecture rooms.
During the conference there may be multiple streams running.
